    I’m extremely disappointed with the way this gym is run. While the facility itself looks nice on the surface, my actual experience here has been far from acceptable. I’ve repeatedly witnessed behavior in the spa area that, in my opinion, is completely inappropriate for a public health environment. I’ve seen individuals sitting nude in the hot tub and then moving into the sauna and positioning themselves in ways that feel unsanitary and disrespectful to other members. It’s frustrating that this seems to go completely unchecked. On top of that, the gym has started trying to enforce rules that do **not** appear anywhere in the membership agreement. The most concerning example is being told that my teenage daughter should use the *coed* family locker room instead of accompanying me into the women’s locker room. This expectation is unreasonable, uncomfortable, and absolutely not something I agreed to when I signed up. Between the lax approach to hygiene in shared spaces and the sudden enforcement of unwritten rules, I no longer feel that this gym values member comfort, safety, or transparency. Despite the nice-looking facility, the overall environment has declined to the point where I’m seriously questioning whether it’s worth staying a member.

    Anything North Point related is very acceptable to me. Staff are always friendly, appearance is always top notch.
