Ran into multiple problems with customer service, one when trying to get contacts the first time we came here, second time was when we purchased my frames and the lady in the front gave consistent attitude, third time was today my glasses broke called a different store from the same branch (POLICIES SHOULDNT CHANGE PER STORE) and they said if they had the frames in stock they would replace them but the store we called had closed so we called this store to see if they had the frames and they did. When we got in the manager Denise proceeded to tell us thats not how that works and had to pay after being told it would be free. She also claimed she had no way of contacting anyone at the other store to confirm that what they said even though managers of stores have the other managers numbers. Terrible customer service

Told over the phone one thing then when we show up they wanna charge money when I was told it would not be a charge if they had the pair of frames in store I would not be a charge only if they were not available and the guy said they were not available so I went to the store and then she demanded money for a different period instead of being able to walk out with no charge like I was told. Then she started to argue with me basically calling me a liar and started raising her voice and yelling at me do not go to this store if you want horrible customer service.

Purchased my meta ray bans from them for the second year. Luxotica messed up and sent me the wrong PRESCRIPTION LENSES FOR THE SECOND TIME. I go in this place to pick up my glasses and the 2 people at the counter was stand offish. Then after having my glasses, i realize the lenses are incorrect, i take them back and they say i have to do everything online since that’s where i bought them. Waste of gas and time. I talk online and lenscrafters customer service directs me to luxotica then luxotica tells me to go in store for lenses issues so I CALLED THE STORE & she tells me to come in to the store and process a online return then place an in store order and made sure to let me know that most of the time credit card transactions take like a week so it should take that long. I didn't pay with a credit card but she didn't care to ask that. After all this wasted time and gas, your specific store wont be getting my money. Customer service training should be ya store’s top priority.

My glasses had a broken screw. They repaired it for me for free! I had not even gotten the pair from this location. Fantastic people working here.

Very great! Denise has really helped out with adjusting my bent frames and offered to put nose paids on my glasses because they fell off. Thank you so much Denise!!!!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
