The customer service here was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and truly listened when I explained what happened at the other location. They even took the time to document my experience so it could be addressed. I came in with broken glasses, and they helped me choose new frames with honest feedback about what looked best on me. The best part was the fast service — my new glasses were ready in about 30 minutes. Thank you so much to Stacie for making this such a positive experience. This location provides great service, quick turnaround, and caring staff. I will definitely be returning!

I’ve been coming here and working with Stephanie for multiple years and she is always amazing. My insurance changed and is no longer accepted there, but I still got glasses here because her service is so good. Pricing is good, and you can get many nice frames for great prices. Definitely would recommend to others.
