  Asked if my insurance covered the cost on my 1st appointment and was told yes. 2nd appointment and I was given a bill for $161.00. The total was $612.00 for a meet and greet which did absolutely nothing for my grieving.. stay far away from this place!

  Not the place to go if your teenager has anxiety. They will be treated like S**t. Lynn has no patience, was rude, wanted my daughter to take off her mask, created more anxiety for my daughter than what she is already dealing with. Then lets talk about billing....keep receiving statements for bills that have been, received a bill from 1.5 years ago, calls and emails are not returned and billed for treatment that was not received. Especially disappointing since my daughter had a great relationship with her counselor. Now I have to find somewhere new to go because of Lynn. She should not be in charge of treatment or medication administration for anyone. My daughter refuses to go back in the building and after the way Lynn treated her, I don't blame her one bit. Makes me wonder how she is treated when I'm not around. I will be filing a complaint with IDPH and IDFPR.

  Well since you take Medicare and not Medicaid for the remainder I guess you guys are the ones that really care about someone life in death situations. Sad when someone life is reaching out when there is No one to help you because of money and insurance. Shame on them and the ones that do insurance for you.. Thanks for nothing..
