If you've got sore feet, this is the place to go! Dean is friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to explain his the muscles in your feet work. He asked a lot of questions and took an imprint of my feet to figure out the best insoles for me. My feet felt better immediately. Dean followed up several days later to see how I was doing. We decided to make an adjustment and that process was easy as well. The system they sell is a 3 insert set designed to reshape, support, and comfort your foot. If you've got painful feet this might be a good choice for you, however, the inserts are a significant investment. They do replace the inserts for life so I believe it's worth the investment.

Kelly was very attentive to my needs and making sure I understood the process of the insoles. Within just 2 weeks my joints feel so much better & my feet don’t hurt as much.

They are very friendly and helpful at the store but unfortunately, my feet are still hurting after a week. I had high hopes for these inserts and they’re very expensive. I really don’t see any positive as of yet, but I will give it more time and see.

Well...I'm just over 2 months in. I listened to their sales pitch, did their whole cheesy walk and video thing, and was told I have bad feet! After reading the mostly good reviews I decided to take the $1,500 non refundable plunge. The results are in! Back still hurts, knees are still sore, and I feel like I walk around with lumps of coal in my shoes. When they finally reached out to me and I told them of the "no improvements" the quick disclaimer of depending on certain medical conditions they may not help certain individuals. I regret not using a real doctor that insurance can help cover. I feel embarrassed because I fell for the "this makes my life better commercial" but if just one more person can read my review and it saves them $1,500 then its worth it.

We recently visited The Good Feet Store in hopes of finding some relief for my wife, who’s been recovering from a difficult ankle injury over the past year. Being a physician herself, she was cautiously optimistic about trying custom-made inserts—but we were both very impressed by the level of professionalism and care we received. Kelly, the associate who helped us, was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to understand my wife’s specific needs, asked all the right questions, and patiently worked through the fitting process to ensure everything was just right. It was clear she genuinely cared about getting it right—not just making a sale. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and warm demeanor made a real difference. We left feeling hopeful and well taken care of. If you're dealing with foot, ankle, or joint pain, I highly recommend checking out The Good Feet Store—and ask for Kelly if you can!

Frequently Asked Questions About Good Feet Store Rockford

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
