Three years ago I got my hearing aids and then connect hearing bought up some other companies and they got rid of Beth Turk, one year later they had a nice girl in the office for my check up, on year 2 I had 4 appointments cancelled by them because they were having a hard time staffing the office so I was told if I had no problems maybe just wait till next year. Year 3 warranty is expiring so they checked my hearing and wanted to sell me new ones, no offer to make adjustments to the old ones. Hearing test was thorough and they were professional but not an overall fan of the company. When these hearing aids die I’ll go to miracle ear.

Frequently Asked Questions About AudioNova

When should I use hearing protection?

You should always use hearing protection when engaging in high-noise recreational activities or work (examples: hunting, music concerts, motor sports, construction). Noise-induced hearing loss can result from prolonged exposure or a single extremely loud event. If you notice ringing in your ears or temporary hearing loss after loud noise exposure, the environment was too noisy and could be harmful. If ringing or temporary hearing loss is persistent, contact us for a hearing evaluation.

Should I get my hearing tested?

If you suspect that you or a loved one may be experiencing hearing loss, seek help sooner rather than later. Hearing loss often develops gradually and may be noticed by family or friends before the individual realizes it. Identifying and treating hearing loss promptly is important; ignoring it can lead to long-term effects, including increased risk of depression and dementia.
