- AAAudrey ArlisAug 22, 20241.0Westmont office was closed today they Sunday so that was a big inconvenience. We called in and Cinnectbhearing suggested Joliet or Batavia office but they were not in direction we were headed (off to college) so I asked about Orland area- they had Tinley Patk location. The lafy on phone asked what time was good and I said noon but she said audiologist wasn’t free till 2pm. We arrived prior to 2pm and the audiologist wasn’t available but the receptionist tried to help. She changed tubing but no luck… we have to check in at college by 5pm to room key so are under duress. We are waiting for the patients to finish up so hopefully we can get the hearing aid looked at. If not we will have to leave it and head out. Poor communication and I told that to receptionist
