Bad customer service. Employee doesn't know product. Employee yelled at customer which attracted managers attention. Manager yelled at customer and slammed a door in his face without understanding the situation.
Only giving 1 star because it won't let me give 0 stars. I had to get a portable oxygen tank for my father to leave the hospital. We were on a time limit. I stopped to pick it up and after several minutes Danny told me they had no order. I had to leave to go to the hospital. The care provider sent me back to Denmans because the order was called in after all. Danny sat slouched at his desk with his ankles crossed. He moved at the speed of a snail and 30 minutes later I was out the door with the tank. This business is so unorganized and they can't seem to be able to communicate with the customers. After reading the reviews this seems to be a common problem and poorly managed business.
You will be told something completely different everytime you call them, they will fail to enlighten you of the pertinent information you will need to submit in order for their affiliate, Adaptive Mobility, to fulfill a doctor's order for "custom" equipment. They will tell you, "oh everything is taken care of, just call them when you get home and they will delivery that day." When you do call, Adaptive Mobility will deny ever receiving an order from Denman's and then both will play pass the buck in regards to which is to blame instead of simply working to resolve the problem. Unless you speak directly to whoever you spoke with first, no one will take ownership of your situation or even remotely attempt to assist you and they will get snotty and talk to you in a condescending tone if you continue to seek answers and/or information and will make poor, feeble and insincere attempts to sympathize which, quite frankly, is more infuriating than the being spoken to as if you are a major inconvenience and irritation to the person answering the phone at this business. I would love to recommend purchasing your durable medical equipment from a different local business but unfortunately Lincare and Adaptive Mobility are equally difficult to work with so I guess Quincy is just S. O. L. Go to Columbia.

Read the one star reviews. They are all well deserved. Had the same or similar negative experience as everyone else that left a one star review. These people are cash driven and don't care about their patients. Came in for a CPAP fitting and I felt as though I was treated like an insurance payout. You can get a feel for people and whether they actually care about their job or the people that they are serving. I would not recommend Denman medical supply. On my second to last visit here, the receptionist was using foul language in front of the customers as well. Very unprofessional. They try the same dirty masks on you as the previous patients without cleaning them. Very unhygienic. My doctor recommended a very good medical supply company however, my insurance didn't cover it because they were out of network. Unfortunately I didn't know denman's reputation. I ended up taking back my CPAP machine. I'm currently looking for another medical supply company that actually cares about it's customers. If you read the reviews for this company, and your doctor has put an order in for you to come to denman, see if there is any place else that will accept your insurance besides denman. You will be glad you avoided this place.
