  On August 5, I saw Kerri Henderson NP ,I am so impressed by her ! She is amazing professional ,wish that doctors could be more like her.she is so thorough and knowledgeable, Engaged well in conversation and actually listens .. she is so impressive.. which I haven’t seen in many many years in the medical field! Blessing has a blessing in her ..and so am I to have had the honor and opportunity to have met this awesome ,kind and caring individual!! Thank you !!

  Dr. Mount acted like I was keeping him from something much more important. He was very short with me when he first entered the room. Apparently my primary care physician did not send any info relating to my issue, so he asked why I was there. As I started to tell him, he kept talking over everything I was saying. He said he was going to look in my ears. After looking in my ear, he told me that if it doesn't really bother me, that I should just learn to live with it. The reason I was spending the money to come to a specialist was because it does affect me very much. I asked him if that's all he had, that he couldn't do anything. He took a deep breath acting like I was bothering him, then said he could put tubes in if I really wanted him to, but there was nothing wrong with my ears. I told him that that day, Monday Sept 12, 2022 they felt fine, but it was a week to a week and a half cycle of feeling full and draining. I had ask if I came back in when they were full for him to look at if that would help him diagnose anything. He again acted annoyed, and said that if he could document actual fluid in the ears and negative pressure that he could then decide to put tubes in. The entire visit was rushed and every time I asked a question he continued to act annoyed. One of the worst Dr. visits I have ever had the displeasure to be a part of. I should have listened to my instinct and the reputation that Blessing in Quincy has an gone somewhere else.

  Sliqer than a 7 year itch and all doctors in this area are stupid probably passed med school as d students that's the only reason they stay in this God forsaken town
