  If I could give 0 stars I would. Have called 3 times trying to get a copy of a physical form and have came in person and no phone call back. The lack of communication in this place is unreal. Bunch of people that are only there to collect a check

  Physician was excellent as was the nurse. Several suggestions I have. 1) on the hand sanitizer: smells bother many patients and having a strongly scented sanitizer gave me a headache so perhaps pick one that is unscented completely would be a benefit for all. I know my sinuses would thank you! 2) Have a private place to go over personal information as I am not hip on everyone in the waiting room knowing my name and address at 6 feet from the desk. They used to do that in the diagnostic center when we went there.

  Place is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Shout out to the family practice here as it is the best in town. But the gastroenterologist here are a joke and rude.
