So twice now I’ve been to Brown’s drugs and they changed up the brand of my drug without telling me and has given me generic brands, which do not work as as well as as the name brand how do I know this because my doctor even told me so, and so did my body when they did not work so how can a pharmacy change your prescription and mess with your health? and also, It put me in the hospital Because the prescription they gave me did not work and I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten a text and I’ve called and asked them if my prescription are ready and I go up there and they tell me I don’t have any prescriptions called in so I called my doctor’s office and Tell them what happened they call them and then what do you know I get another call telling me my prescriptions are ready right after the Doctors office calls them. And another thing they got a sign posted. They won’t tolerate any abusive language I’ve never once. Have yelled or raised my voice at them. I’ve demanded my medication’s that were prescribed, but when you got assign up in your window that states not to be ignorant, that tells me they’ve done this to quite a bit of people what other pharmacies have signs in their window telling that not to be abusive to the employees. and now I’m going to go file a lawsuit against them because I’m not paying for this hospital bill I called my doctor three days after they give me the prescription that did not work and nothing got done about it. I called Brown’s they knew every time I go up there. I get treated like crap. They don’t answer their phones when you call or at least when I call, I think they got my number blocked because I’ve complained before about a brand that they give me that that time I did not file lawsuit this time I am.
