- DMDominic Del Rosario (Main)Oct 26, 20253.0Postives and negatives. Good - My son & I got teeth cleanings and they were very thorough and gentle. I had an implant that was loose. If you have any issue outside of cleanings, make sure you get prices up front or you might be surprised. Dr Que cleaned out the implant area, tightened it. It hurt too much that whole week so I had him remove it. Months later, then got dinged for $783. He said the insurance book that he goes by said that's the price. And that he usually charges more. I think transparency on prices would have been nice.
