- LBLisa BakewellNov 26, 20255.0We recently switched our prescriptions from CVS on Caton Farm and Essington, in Joliet, to the Jewel-Osco on Caton Farm and Route 59 even though CVS prescriptions are discounted by our insurance company. We initially moved due to a prescription refill problem that kept occurring but permanently switched a few months later because of the pharmacist and her staff. This Jewel-Osco Pharmacy staff makes this pharmacy feel like a family-owned establishment. The staff are friendly, VERY helpful, and take time to answer every question. Every time I come to this pharmacy, I am pleasantly surprised by the customer–staff interactions. So nice to know that you can still get personal treatment in a health-related establishment. Hard to find these days!
