  A drive in....really what a joke. They didn't really look at my daughter. What are these hospitals coming too.

  I was treated good at the clinic. As a veteran of USMC I have covered Through the VA. I was told that it would be covered. I get a bill for the full amount of visit due. I called and they told me that they would not submit the claim to the VA because she knew that it wouldn’t get covered. I called the VA and got authorization, called back to the hospital billing and was told that they would get it billed out correctly. MY QUESTION IS, how many other veterans around pike county have been illegally billed for covered services.

  Absolutely would not be seen at this location. My fiancee needed to be seen for an obvious infection on his tailbone from a reoccurring cyst. The receptionist (not a licensed & trained medical professional!) made the bold assumption that he was drug seeking based off the sole factor he was "pale". She even tried to have a CMA remove him from office but if they'd taken even 2 minutes to look at his file they'd seen that he's 1.) Been to this location numerous times. 2.) Has an allergery to opioid pain medication. We were intelligent enough to make an educated assumption that he obviously had an infection & needed some form of antibiotics so chose the walk in express clinic rather then going to ER to wait for 3 to 5 hrs. Your lack of professionalism and empathy for your patients is shameful and should be addressed to all employees immediately.
