I wanted to try the 30 day free trial and was told I had to wait for a phone call from them to see if I qualifyed. I'm still waiting on that call. I went to Hammers and got what I.needed. mirical ear is the worst customer service.it is now end of July.

Rude people , no follow ups! I would never recommend miracle ear now! Had a great experience for 7 years in Silverdale, Washington. I now need hearing aids and after this circus with Miracle Ear I am going to get mine elsewhere. If possible I would give less than 1 star.
