They took the time to talk her through everything and made such a difference in her experience. Dr. Jack Kalloch was absolutely amazing—so gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. He explained everything in a way Mia could understand, which really helped ease her fear. The staff here is always wonderful. We have four kids, ages 16 to 3, who all come here—and when one gets to go and the others don’t, they’re actually upset! If that doesn’t say something about how great this place is, I don’t know what will. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring, kid-friendly dental office!

The office staff didn’t tell us that instead waited until after the visit and asked for a payment of $165 for a routine check up like it was normal and when I asked why it’s so much she said oh your insurance isn’t in network with us. Your old coverage was in network so that’s why the payments were less. So are you paying with a card? I then found out I was lied to about the charges for the previous appointment as well. I thought I paid for x-rays because insurance didn’t cover it due my child having the done twice in less than a year but I actually paid more because we were OON then too. I don’t like being lied to about charges nor do I like being kept in the dark on things that will affect me financially. We will not be going back. I expect better from a provider that we have been seeing for 4 years.
