  I was so discombobulated by an emergency call today that I forgot where I set my glasses.... and then sat down square on them, popped the lense out of the nylon retainer and bent the right arm at 45°. Snapped the nylon retainer. Called (the place I got them) twice to find repair options and never talked to a human on the two times I called. Because they were the closest place, and not expecting anything but a referral to another place, I called Wendy's eyeglass shack. Julie answered, I described my situation and she immediately said she could fix it. I had one hour left before they closed, I didn't ask about cost. Showed up 10 minutes later, she was waiting with her hands extended to receive the glasses because apparently she knew exactly who I was and why I was there. She took 10 minutes and fixed both the lens support and the bent-ass frame. The cost was minimal. Wendy was super friendly and Julie is a ninja. I'm a customer for life.

  We were out of state and had a problem with her son's glasses the girls are bent over backwards to help us it was amazing!
