Things have really gotten better here!! I was so happy with Sterling and then they closed. Chris in particular was so efficient and kind. After a Rough start at Lake … I am so happy to say that they are great!!! Kind and very helpful.

Pharmacy has no genuine caring staff. Very short and rude. Walgreens pharmacy techs and pharmacist are so much better. All the ladies at the West lake Kroger pharmacy are grumpy and grouchy.

Kroger's customer service is starting to mirror Walmart. Not enough cashiers to accommodate customers, when checking out.
