- VSVernessa SainMay 16, 20181.0I went there on Tuesday to visit both of my grandparents. And it sickens me to see the lack of care they have for these individuals. First off there's was no one at the front desk, the whole time I was there which was hour and half. Lot of theses individuals use metro service to get to and from their appointment. So once the driver wheels them in they are left to sit in the lobby, until their names are called. And a lot of them need to be checked on. My grandfather picked up time was for 11 AM but didn't arrive until 11:15am. And my grandmother appointment was at 11 AM but had to sit in the lobby until 12pm. When her pick up time was for 4pm. Which meant she lost a hour of treatment. Their was gentleman in the lobby who was clearly struggling to eat his lunch. But no one came to his aid but me. I person from out of town . Luckily I work in healthcare and had no issues. But who is there to help these people the 364 days of the year. I live in Minnesota. I just broke my heart and I wanted to stay watch over everyone to make sure they were getting genuine care.
