The one who did the exam was professional and made it a comfortable experience. I love their new equipment, it looks very sci fi and futuristic. I liked that they have a device that lets them look at your eyes without having to dilate them. The exam was on a video call with a remote doctor but it went just as well as a regular visit. The ladies on the sales floor were very helpful - I had wanted sports glasses in the past before and wasn't able to get them but I was today and they did great with helping me get fitted with them. Overall a good experience.
