  Beautiful office, so much detail to make the experience feel classy and comfortable. I saw a woman called back and her face lit up walking in. I was wondering why she’d be happy going into the gyno. After I went back, the most friendliest ladies I’ve ever encountered made me feel like I actually welcome there and appreciated. There was a nice gown that felt secure with a REAL blanket to use as well. I wasn’t cold, awkward, or feeling anxious for once in my 37 years. Amazing. I definitely left with a smile and understood the reason that woman smiled walking back. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you all SO MUCH. Truly you will be rewarded 🤲🏻

  Thank you so much to Mary and Dr. Mouro for listening to me and taking my concerns seriously. It is really clear that they both genuinely care about their patients. During the entire surgery process, from consultation to day of surgery to my post-op appt, Dr. Mouro explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions with empathy and patience. Definitely recommend if you are in need of laparoscopy surgery.

  Testosterone pellet insertion has improved my lifestyle immensely. Dr Couri and Lauren are world class providers who listen, ask questions to ensure understanding, then follow thru with every commitment they have made. They are surrounded by a very gracious, happy team that always greets me with beautiful smiles and kind words. So grateful they have resumed caring for men!

  I had a very disappointing experience with pellet hormone replacement therapy at the Couri Center. While I initially felt some improvement, each subsequent pellet insertion led to cycles of brief relief followed by significant return of menopausal symptoms, including mood instability, brain fog, poor sleep, and physical discomfort. When I raised concerns, I was repeatedly told the dose needed adjustment or I was encouraged to try supplements sold by the practice to balance the treatment. Alternatives to pellet therapy were consistently downplayed, and my requests to explore other options were met with vague reassurances about pellet therapy rather than individualized care. At one point, I was even told that if the pellet therapy wasn’t working, I might need treatment for depression or anxiety. Overall, the experience felt more sales-driven than patient-centered, with the risks and inflexibility of pellet therapy minimized. I’ve since found another provider who offered alternative hormone treatments with far more consistent results, and I feel better than ever.
