After arriving and getting to meet the new "trainee " Kara, she's amazing too! I was promptly brought into the exam rooom, met with Dr Nobbe. He was THE BEST! Was actually able to make adjustments which allowed for quick relief after having one of the worse nights I've had in years!
- MPMarissa PoeJun 4, 20191.0Came in for a solution to my nonstop discomfort and pain and left feeling like I was scammed. Was put on a “massage table” for 10mins. Guy came back into the room and had me move over to the adjustment table. He spent all of 10mins give or take feeling around on my back. He then told me that I was “too stiff” to adjust. I got dressed and went out to the receptionist and she said that he wanted me to come back in one to two days to “try again”. I asked if I needed to pay the $45 again, and was shocked when she said YES. I paid $45 to sit on a massage table for 10mins, when I came to get answers and a solution to my pain. I could’ve gone to the mall and sat in a massage chair for $5. SCAM. The guy was very awkward, bedside manner wasn’t great. The office looks like it time traveled from the 90s. What a waste of time and money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Edit: response from them says “I wish you would have contacted us after your satisfaction with the visit months ago.” I have no idea what this means. I had zero satisfaction, and also “months ago”? I wasn’t here “months” prior to this review.
