Lauren was incredibly kind when I called to inquire about the out-of-pocket costs for a medication and provided me with the best options. I must have dialed at least 10 pharmacies across the US to inquire about this, but the moment I spoke to Lauren, I knew I wouldn't need to call another one. Steve is not just a pharmacy manager; he's a superhero in a lab coat. Steve took the time to call up the manufacturer when I had a tricky question about a medication. He even followed up with me the next day with the information. Who does that? Steve does! His helpfulness and dedication to going the extra mile make Mariano's my top choice moving forward.
