The Park Ridge Lenscrafters staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I've been getting my exams and eyeglasses there for many years. And Dr Hand is thorough and very professional. Plus they have a great selection of frames.

Melanie, Alessandra, and Veronica are FANTASTIC! They were so helpful when I was trying to find my glasses and sunglasses. I’ve visited other places that have up charged me without telling me — but not Melanie! She was very transparent and so kind.

Today my daughter and I visited this location and was seen by Dr. Christin Hand and she was so kind and answered all of our questions. Veronica was the one who helped us in checking out frames and pricing. She also was super helpful and friendly. Jonathan was the one my daughter called to set the appointment and he remembered us when we walked in. He was so friendly and nice They all went above and beyond in helping my daughter and I with our appointment. I highly recommend this location (140 N Northwest Hwy)

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
