- MGMike GJul 21, 20251.0I’ve visited this Jewel location multiple times, and unfortunately, the pharmacy experience has gone downhill because of poor management. The manager, Kara, is extremely unprofessional. On more than one occasion, I’ve overheard her talking negatively about her own coworkers and even about patients, which is completely inappropriate—especially in a healthcare setting. Her attitude creates a really uncomfortable environment, and it feels like there’s a lack of respect and confidentiality. I expected better from a pharmacy. Definitely won’t be returning until there’s a serious change in leadership.

He researched my question and suggested I wait and talk to my Doctor . Through his research it was determined that 1 of my drugs was not compatible. Northwestern Pharmacy confirmed Kevin’s research snd told me to stop immediately! Thank you Kevin. You were a true Lifesaver. Kevin is a true blessing to Park Ridge Osco patients, Anna.
