He told me it was too soon. So why did their automated system tell me they would have my prescription ready, so I just spent half hour of my time coming here to be told that I cannot pick it up till the 24th have enough to get by but I don’t wanna drive back-and-forth to Osco drugs if it wasn’t ready till the 24th, they should’ve told me not tell me it was ready waste my time coming here. People are ignorant, tired of them.

I went there the other night to pickup a prescription for my dog. She was very rude and ignorant towards me because I didn’t know my dog’s birthday. She then threatened to withhold my meds next time if I didn’t know my dog’s birthday. Seriously thinking of transferring everything to Walgreens.
