  The pharmacists that work here are always nice to me. They greet me by name. If they are busy, yes, there can be a wait, the pharmacy that does not have wait times doesn't exist. They let me know via text when my prescriptions are ready and always work with me to set up auto refills. I think the Osco Pharmacy on Plum Grove road I Palatine is great, and I would recommend it to anyone.

  They have gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. Staff are knowledgeable and have always treated me with respect and kindness.

  The two ladies who staff this pharmacy are very rude. I took my mother-in-law in to get her flu shot and they treated her as a second class citizen because she had Medicaid. First the lady told us that they do not take her insurance but I told her that the insurance told us this is the closest location that accepts her insurance for the shot. So they took her Insurance ID card and we waited 20 mins past her appointment. They brought the card back to us and told us that it was not valid. I told her that it is valid for a year and she snapped back at me "That not what the system said when I entered the number." I asked her to tell me which number she entered and she points to the phone number on the card. I pointed out to her that was a phone number and the number at the top of the card was the ID number. She took the card back and we waited another 10 mins and while we waited the Pharmacist asked me why she didn't have Medicare or something else (which is none of her business) but I told her that she was here on a visa waiting to get her green card so this was all she could get for now. She smirked and walked away and came back a few mins later jabbed the needle hard into her name and said "you are done" and walked away. I will never be back to this pharmacy again.
