When there was a shortage of medication last year Kim knew which medications were about the same and told me to call the doctor to see what they thought! Just very knowledgeable and very helpful! Love pharmacists that care!
- TSThe Blue SkiesNov 15, 20231.0Probably the worst experience at a pharmacy I've ever had. God forbid you ever move away. They make you go back to your Doctor if you ever need to change pharmacies. I get they can refuse service but I don't think the pharmacist is allowed to change the script right? Like the pharmacist decided this medicine isn't important I had a script for 90 days with multiple refills. When this pharmacy transferred my script to my new pharmacy they sent over different quantities. Instead of my Doctor prescribed year supply they changed it to ONE MONTH. and this was because we reported the pharmacy to the Illinois Pharmacy Board. This is only giving more fuel for a new Pharmacist complaint or if not it definitely validates my prior complaints
