  This is definitely one of the worst GNCs ever. Call before hand if you plan on going here because chances are the employees are on one of their typical 3 hour “lunch trips”

  Almost every time my boyfriend and I go here, during store hours, the doors are locked and there’s a sign on the door saying “in the restroom” or “be right back”. Just had to wait a (not very long) 5 minutes THIS TIME, but when it’s during store hours why are we having to wait at all, and if it would happen here and there, understandable, we’re human. But it is a very regular occurrence. The time today is 10:45 am. The only reason there is a second store is solely off of the products.

  I have been sitting outside for almost an hour because your employee decided to leave work and put a piece of paper in the window saying they would be back at 5:00 PM. It’s now 5:16 PM on March 27th with no one here to let me in.

  I went into this store this afternoon knowing what I wanted but didn’t know much about what product was going to work best for me. When i walked in I was greeted by a very friendly lady Julie I think was her name. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me different options and there was also another young man working. Sorry I didn’t get your name. He also was helping with his coworker to find me my best options then proceeded to make sure I was getting the best deal. I definitely will be going back there.

  Today is Saturday April 23, 2022. I have been calling your store since 3:20 pm, over an hour now, 1 hour and 10 minutes, and nobody is answering the phone. I just wanted to see if you got a product in because I have to take a cab there, and I don't want to go for nothing.Your are supposed to be open till 8pm tonight. Whoever is there today should be fired. I have worked in retail for 20 years, and if I ever did something like this, I would be fired. Pathetic.
