He clearly explained lens options, frame fit, and care tips, making the process smooth. The selection was great, and the checkout was efficient and hassle-free.   I love Pearle vision. I arrived there without an appointment and they took care of me right away. They gave me an eye exam and placed an order for me for some contact lenses that I needed. They have a great selection of glasses and a very friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their Orland Park location right off La Grange Rd. is very convenient for me.

  Always have a good and full experience at this location. Doctors are great with answering questions and taking your concerns seriously. Samir kicked the appointment over the finish line by helping me with insurance, deals, understanding my prescription and he’s just a really nice person to work with. I’ve worked with him the last couple of years on closing out my appointment and he has consistently made the process easy peasy. Plus he makes me laugh during the boring admin process.

  Where do I begin. Customer Rep. Nadine was just fantastic. She made this whole process a breeze. Extraordinary attention to detail from insurance coverage to making sure I was getting the best deals. She even helped me choose frames by trying them on herself and making me feel so confident about the choices I made with her help. I needed a friend and a trusting voice to help me decide which frames to buy and she became that for me the entire time I was there. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, not to mention pleasant to work with. My experience at Pearl Vision was unprecedented.

  Firstly, I love that I can book appointments online and book back to back making it convenient to schedule multiple appointments. I brought myself and my son in for an eye exam with Dr. Jenniffer Shiple. The whole experience was fantastic, my son is a curious 4 year old who wants to touch and look at everything. From the front desk staff to the technicians to the doctor everyone was so kind, patient and engaging with us. The front staff gave him stickers and a book to look at. The technician let him explore and play "doctor" during the first portion of the examination. On top of that, in the mist of my 4 year old being a typical 4 year old, the doctor still took her time to explain what was being tested and what she was seeing and was never dismissive or rushed. I will happily keep coming back to this office.
