  I recently had my second gum graph procedure performed by Dr. Thakkar and I cannot recommend him and his entire practice enough. Before the procedure, he took the time to explain everything and allowed me to ask any questions I had. He was meticulous when performing the procedure and throughout it he checked in on me and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I felt well taken care of, especially when I called the office after the procedure with additional questions about the recovery process. Both my graphs have healed beautifully! And I cannot be more pleased with them. If you need any periodontal work, this is the place to go!

  I had an implant placed at this office last year and the procedure itself went well. Today, my temporary crown became loose and was at risk of falling out. Since this is a front tooth and my regular dentist was unavailable and it was a Friday, I contacted this office hoping for a quick adjustment, especially considering the implant was done here. I was told my surgeon was not in that day, which is understandable. However, after checking with another doctor, I was informed that I am “not their patient anymore” and they would not help — even for something as simple and urgent as tightening a temporary crown. This response was disappointing and, frankly, unprofessional. This was not a complex procedure, just a basic fix to prevent being left without a front tooth. While the initial treatment itself was fine, the lack of support in a situation like this raises serious concerns about patient care and accountability. And even though the doctor did a good job with the implant, just because of how they treat patients after it I would not go back for any other procedures nor would recommend it! I hope the office reconsiders how they handle cases like this in the future.

  Staff was prompt and efficient both signing in and with accepting payment and follow-up documents. This is very important to me. Dr. Griglione and Lisa were top-notch! Dr. explained what he was doing while performing root canal b and was very receptive to my anxieties. Both Dr. Griglione and his assistant Lisa were friendly and kept me comfortable for the entire procedure. I would recommend 100% without hesitation.

  The staff were very friendly and the operation was very fast. No complications and they did a great job.
