  I have been a customer for years, but they finally opened a closer location in Orland Park. I love the selection of frames and the eye exam was also a plus. I also like that they donate a pair for every pair you buy - makes you feel even better about your purchases.

  Great experience! All the associates were friendly and helpful. I love that Warby Parker lists the width of the frames on each pair of glasses so it made trying on the glasses much more streamlined and effective.

  What a great store! Life all the glasses they have to try on. So many varieties. Picked out a pair with Bri’ Shanika, the lovely associate who helped me. She was so very helpful. Took a couple minutes and my glasses will be sent to my home within 2 weeks! The prices are great too!🫶💝

  The staff was very welcoming and helpful when it came to choosing the right frames. They took their time to answer my questions and made sure everything fit perfectly. The selection of glasses was nice and the service was fast. I definitely recommend checking them out if you need new glasses!

  “Di” took care of me like a true eyewear expert. She took one look at me and recommended a new frame that I would love. I’ve been wearing rounded frames for the past 5 years and never noticed that they cover my eyebrows! Di recommended a flatter frame and I looked completely different. I like different! I appreciated her advice and expertise. Definitely made my experience quick and enjoyable.
