  From start to finish everyone was kind respectful. Very clean facility, educated well by each staff member.

  The women here were all so lovely today, from reception to being seen they made me feel so comfortable. What a wonderful team, they take into account income, answered any questions I had, very calming behavior throughout the exam. Thanks planned parenthood!

  Ladies, beware. It took me a while to write this review as I was unsure how to how to properly work what happen to make other women know that if you have that gut feeling you are more than in control of your help and if something doesn’t seem right by all means take matters into your own hands so you don’t end up extremely hurt or even worse from unsafe practices. I’ll make this as short as possible. I was having problems with my IUD that they put in and had no record of it. Weird. Went in to get it looked at. She said good news I can feel the strings in like I know they are longer than normal she said no they feel just right I’m like no I’m the one checking them constantly I know something is wrong. She went to pull it out I felt absolutely nothing. And she goes welp here are your strings they broke. Feeling no pain I didn’t believe they just broke off I think they were expelling. She goes onto say they would send me to their medical clinic give me a Xanax and remove it. Ok I’m sorry but that sounds like a chop shop type of thing. I left still got charged I’m upset about they did nothing to help me the look of complete fear on the NURSE PRACTITIONERS face when they strong “broke” off was did not give a good bed side manner feel I was panicking. So after their so called “solution” I left and canceled their chop shop appointment the next day and found my own highly rated gynecologist and went in from there. The IUD was embedded inside me so far she could barely find it and it had to be surgically removed . After talking to many people they said they are glad I took matters into my own hands because of this place did what they wanted to many of my my medical professional friends said I could have bleed out or died ect. This place is very unprofessional but when you are young you are unsure. Do your research find a good gynecologist. They also tend to make some people wait a ridiculously long time while others that come in after you get to go first. Makes no sense place is horrible monsters.

  Using a burner Gmail for privacy. BUT this is the best women’s care I have ever received. The staff here is so sweet, smart, and they make you feel so welcomed. I had an abortion here 10 months ago plus IUD insertion and removal. They never make you feel bad about the birth control you want or need. They listen to you and are very sweet. I will always prefer them, I love this place so much.

  Really awesome staff, everyone was very kind and welcoming. Everyone was very informative as well and they all knew what they were doing. I would definitely come again if I had to. Place was also clean :)
