Lupe Pollard, my optician, was so helpful with frame selection and the paperwork necessary to purchase my contacts and glasses. Love Pearle Vision in Orland Park. Never disappointed. And what annoys me the most is the checkout process that takes forever. They take forever to give you your prescription and tell you what you need to pay! Also thier glasses are expensive and they force you to add extra stuff on the lenses so they can take as much as they can after the insurance coverage. I used to get glasses from somewhere else without needing to pay any extra after the insurance coverage. I dont recommend that place.

They were very kind and accommodating of us having a toddler with us! One of the assistants even gave my son a toy to play with while we waited. Everyone was kind and customer service was wonderful. Nimah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Stiple was kind, thorough, and efficient with my eye exam. The building is very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Everyone's super nice, patient, caring, and awesome at helping me pick out the best glasses (I've always snagged winners). I've even started bringing my whole crew there over the years and tell everyone I know who needs glasses to check them out. Can't wait for my new frames to arrive. Big thanks to Jasmine, my eye game is gonna be strong in 2026.

I missed my annual eye exam because my house was affected by catastrophic flooding and outages in Nov/Dec in NW Washington (where I live). I was visiting family in IL for the holidays, so I scheduled an appointment the day after Christmas. Dr. Shiple and Dr. McCarten patiently worked with me to figure out my complex (post-monovision LASIK) prescription, explained why my progressives seem to have issues, and recommended both contacts and glasses that would work better. They gave me four separate prescriptions, so I have the option to get individual (near/far) glasses, new progressives, and/or contacts. Then the staff helped me to be able to rush-order specialized contacts so I could apply for my 2025 insurance benefits, leaving my 2026 benefit for glasses. I really appreciate their efforts to help an out-of-towner in a bind!
