- CMCindy Maynez3 days ago5.0Absolutely amazing! Dr. McCartan was so kind and knowledgeable. She truly took the time to get to know me and my vision health. Saraj was so sweet and patient. She took her time helping me get used to contact lenses. She showed me different tips and tricks to get them in and out while she cheered me on! And Samir was so helpful and friendly while he checked me out. He throughly explained the pricing, ordering process, and what to expect during my next visit. Thank you all so much for making my experience an amazing one!
- EFElida Flores3 days ago2.0Normally, I like coming to this eyecare location, overall. The staff was friendly, and they always have a large selection of eye frames, but my current visit wasn't as pleasant as my former visits and the two main reasons are: 1) I was required to wear a mask while getting my new eye exam and the lens area of the machine where my eyes look through kept fogging up due to the mask and it was making it difficult for me to see well through it and I didn't want that issue to affect the results of my eye prescription. When I expressed this concern to the technician and asked to re-due part of the exam she declined telling me it will be fine the way it is. I had my doubts anyway and I did not appreciate her response. 2) The pricing for a new pair of glasses and lenses was extremely pricey and to replace the lenses on my current frames was unbelievably pricey as well. I also needed to pay out of pocket so it was completely too expensive for either options, not even the discount that was offered seemed like a discount to me.

She shows that she cares about her customers with wonderful bedside manner to build a rapport. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and gives multiple options for the best care as an individual. i’m glad that I walked into Pearle vision Orland Park to assist with my family’s needs, and as a result I highly recommend this location for quality care and excellent service from Ms. Pollard, whom is greatly appreciated.

I did not get to see an eye specialist. I sat there for an hour after taking a quarter of a day to get in. Very disappointed in a place that I used to go to yearly I will no longer be returning.

Everyone there was lovely, including Rita and Nadine (who happens to share my name!), making the atmosphere so welcoming. Even though we took forever and stayed past closing time, nobody rushed us or made us feel like a burden. Also, Dr. Shiple was very nice and professional.
