I learned the benefit of coming in if you have any hearing loss and how much that hearing aid would be able to help you I think everyone should have a hearing test Dr. LaraO’Donnell was very good very personable, and nice, I could hear her well I really enjoyed my visit.
- JAJanice AndreasJun 6, 20255.0Went in to have a battery replacement in my hearing aid.as usual Lara was friendly ,it's like visiting friends when I go there.they have a new receptionist there,she has really made a difference in the office.She has added a homey touch.she put pictures and a macrame, there are candles burning,it has a very nice fragrance and the flowers and lamps, just give it a welcoming atmosphere.always enjoyable to go there

Our appointment started with a very friendly greeting from Dee at the front desk. She was warm and personable. She then introduced us to Lara who thoroughly went through the entire process of what to expect and how the hearing aids would greatly help my mom. We were probably there for about two hours and left feeling completely confident that this was the right choice. We never felt rushed at all, and definitely no high-pressure whatsoever. My mom now has the hearing aids, and the quality of her life has improved drastically. So glad we decided to go forward with the miracle ear hearing aids. Definitely give the whole experience an A++
