- MDMorgan DouglasJun 20, 20253.0Brandon was quite chill and friendly when assisting me when I stopped by on June 5, but when it was time for checkout, and my account was displayed, he proceeded to redeem my points for the five-dollar reward certificate without my consent. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to redeem my points, he just made that decision for me. I just told him to go ahead and apply it since I believed the damage was done, but I actually wanted to save up my points. I maintained a polite demeanor throughout the interaction but kindly requested that he please ask next time before redeeming the reward certificate. I had to contact GNC customer service to receive compensation for my points because Brandon’s failure to ask before redeeming my points for the reward certificate negatively impacted my experience, and it feels like I was putting in a position where I would have to start over with saving up my points. Considering this experience, I am hesitant to return to this location for fear of it happening again.

Apparently it was bought by Dr. Pepper, which will effect they're brand collab status that they do so well. I hope Dr. pepper doesn't drive one of the greatest energy drink companies of our time into the ground like they did with they're own crappy brand.
