Dr. Abousaad was very attentive and detailed. Even told me to follow up because he was worried about her cough which wasn’t bad. He knew what was coming. The nurse or med. asst. was great. The receptionist that day was not the best at customer service but when we had to come back on Thursday service was great. I called the front desk and Albaraa was amazing and very helpful. He has great customer service skills and was very kind. We had same nurse and did well. Dr. Loai was amazing. Detailed diagnosis and treatment and was very nice. Both physicians are great, prompt and skilled aassessment skills, and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for better. This is a great place to come when urgent care is required.

- TTTruthseekerSep 5, 20255.0My mother had developed a quick onset infection in her hand. They immediately assessed her and she needed IV treatment. Because she was elderly he discussed doing the treatment there in office vs her lying in a bed for three days which would possibly end up affecting her mobility. We agreed days in bed could present mobility issues to come into play. Fortunately it only took two visits the IV treatments were successful and we avoided a hospital stay. I highly recommended this advanced emergency care center
