If you donāt pay attention you will get skipped . The tech who took one of my vision tests allowed me to do it wrong the whole time , and then I got scolded for what I did wrong . Sorry first timer how am I supposed to know

The staff were very kind and patient! They took their time to hear my concerns and didnāt make me feel they were rushed to finish the appointment. They were also very knowledgeable and helped explained each step they were doing to make the process easier. I highly recommend this place!

The Orland Park office is fantastic.
When you walk in the receptionists have on colorful T-shirts with an eyeball, How fun. All the technicians are quick and on point, you knew they knew what they were doing. The ophthalmologist I saw, Dr. Shaw, explained everything to me I needed to know. When he left, everything was explained again very clearly by his assistant.
If I had A question, it was answered. If I asked the same question again, it was answered again very pleasantly. š
I highly recommend this office.

I was impressed with the facility and the staff; however, I was disappointed in the length of time it took to see my doctor⦠my appointment was set for 11:40am, saw the doctor for approximately 10 minutes, left the facility at 1:10pm⦠do the math!!!

I'm very upset I had an appointment on March 10, 2026 I waited almost 3 months for this I talk to my insurance before I went because I know it the beginning of the year with the deductibles my insurance told me I dont have to pay tell them to bill me because my insurance company told me that the amount could be wrong I got there early the girl at the front desk her name was Maleny, she was very ignorant to me as I walked up to her didn't say hello, as the conversation continue with her being igborant, I gave her insurance for my eyes rudely she stated to me we don't take that we take medical insurance I said I didn't know then, Maleny told me u had to pay for my co-payment and my deductible all at once very ignorant I told her my insurance said I didn't have to pay the deductible just the co-payment we we're going back and fourth I asked to speak to a manager she told me a manager wasn't there I told her I want to speak someone 10 min went by I said I do have an appointment she told me go sit down like I was a dog who talks to a patient like that then another 10 minutes did hear nothing yet I went up to her again she said, she was waiting for her to call her again she told me sit down rudely like I was a dog I ended up hearing and seeing Maleney talking on the phone and whispering tell someone on the phone what was going on the she tells me that the supervisor wants to talk to me can she call me her name was Cynthia I was on the phone with my insurance also I walked away to talked to Cynthia, she was rude too... I notice the frobt desk a bunch of girls where gathering around and they we're gossiping about me then I explain ti Cynthia what was going on and how I got treated by Maleney, she didn't apologize I told her they are gossiping about me, Cynthia said, No, they are not I said are how do you know you aren't over there you are somewhere else and Cynthia told me if I didn't pay the deductible you will be refused service I said my insurance said I didn't have to pay it so..... What happen if I didn't have that amount on me then you will be refused to see the doctor we kept goung back and fourth I told Cynthia I will pay for this because I really need for my eyes check and I will not come back I told her I will not have Maleney, Cynthia, never apologized to me at all the other girl waited on me, she wasn't friendly either and I felt after everything that happen nobody seem friendly and I thought the doctor gives a prescription to get eye glass now I have to go to my other eye doctor and that was wrong all that time I didn't get out of there until close to 3:30 pm nobody will treat me like that they could of told me that when I made the appointment about the deductible I call the next day to make a complaint I talk to a girl name summer I explain to her what happened, she told me that she will give it to Dr. Chris Albanis I never heard a responds back then I called another part of Arbor Eye ir was callef Eye Source I was connected me to Kelly Maderer was the administrator,I explain to her what happened, she at least apologized, she gave me 2 e-mails told me to contact Dr. Chris Albania and A Perla Araujo and Kelly said she was going to call Perla and that I will receive a call backi e-mailed them both NO RESPONSE FROM PERLA AND SECOND TIME NO RESPONSE FROM DR. CHRIS ALANIS!!!!!!! Nobody should get treated like this nobody should threatened you that you will be refused service if you don't pay, no office, should he gossiping about a patient, this office don't give a shir about there patients I WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT THIS AND HOW THEY LET MELANEY AND CYNTHIA TREAT ME LIKE THIS
