  I ABSOLUTELY love Caleb!! He is very caring and patient. He explains every step so well that you really don’t have to ask questions because he already explained it. If I could give 10 stars I would.

  I always have a good experience at Miracle Ear. I really like the technician. He's kind and patient answers all my questions. I don’t feel rushed or pressure to upgrade. And I love hearing the birds.

  Caleb Tichenor - Was very very thorough in his exam of my hearing. He explained everything pertaining to my hearing as he went along and he even provided pictures and graphs. Caleb has a very calming and gentle demeanor and a genuine smile.

I can say with certainty that Caleb’s goal is not to make a sale but to resolve your personal hearing issue. He genuinely cares. He will take the time to make sure you understand your hearing needs and provide you with the necessary information to find the right solution for your situation. Highly recommend!
