  My experience at Pearle Vision in Oakbrook Terrace was 10 out of 10 from start to finish. I've been going to get new glasses every 1-2 years my entire life. This was the best experience I've ever had by far. Bridget Sullivan is amazing; she makes it fun and does not make you feel rushed at all, professional and warm. Everyone that wears glasses knows that picking out frames can be a whole deal, it usually gets a bit overwhelming and I feel rushed and just want to get out of there. Bridget was willing to take as much time as it needed. She made it so easy and gave me her honest opinion which is what I want. She is genuinely a caring, and wonderful person to be around. The entire staff is the same way. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Everyone is patient, attentive, and kind. The store is busy which makes sense, I know now why everyone wants to go there, but you still are not forgotten about. Everything is smooth and organized which is reassuring. The care is excellent. Especially nowadays, in my experience, it is rare to find a whole team thats so welcoming and thoughtful. This office is the difference maker and truly stands out from the rest. Thank you again to Bridget, the doctors, and their team. What a lovely place.

  I will only go to Pearle Vision in Oakbrook Terrace! The entire staff is amazing. Ashley is exceptional. I always wait for her to be available so she can be the one to assist me pick frames. She never steers you wrong and will let you know if the glasses work with your facial features and will always go abov and beyond to make sure you love your decision and are happy when you leave!

  Loyal patient/customer for 4 years now! I have had glasses for 21 years and have never felt so comfortable and at ease when at my appointment. I saw Dr.Rizvi, she was very informative about my eye health and recommended a pediatric eye doctor for my 3 year old whom I have vision concerns for. Ashley has helped me select a pair of glasses every time and is so patient with my indecisiveness . I try on 20+ glasses every time and her kindness never waivers. She even had the whole staff help me by voting between two glasses style on me! Great great environment. I look forward to coming back every year.

  I get my eyes checked about every other year at this Pearle location in Oakbrook Terrace, and every time I come back, the staff is welcoming and happy to see you. They are so passionate about eye care and wear and happy to help you find the perfect pair. Ashley has helped me numerous times over the years, providing her honest opinion and answering questions and concerns about options when it comes to frames and lenses. I will continue to come here for years to come!

  I have been going to Pearle Vision in Oakbrook Terrance for easily 10+ years and I have seen doctors come and go, but their service continues to be excellent. The staff at this location has stayed pretty consistent throughout the years and I have many praises to share. From checking you in, to helping you find a pair of glasses, to picking up your brand new glasses, and even getting repairs or adjustments to an old pair of glasses, the staff at this location has been fantastic. For the past few years, Ashley Bala has been the optician that helps me find a new pair of glasses and she's so patient and extremely helpful in helping me with finding a new pair and making sure I apply all the benefits I have toward the cost of my glasses and eye exam. She does not rush me and has stayed late while helping me to decide which pair of glasses I will go with. I highly recommend Pearle Vision in Oakbrook Terrace for anyone needing an eye exam and buying glasses or contacts. You will not be disappointed.
