They took my measurements and everything, i just had to provide the prescription for the other ones, as my doctor accidently only printed one out. I was really looking forward to it. Today i gave them a call and the lady that answered the phone called Mary was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She disregarded anything i said, and told me that before monday she cannot help me and that she doesnt think that anyone will call me back. The frustration caused me to just walk into another store and order the glasses from them. I would rather pay a few % more then be talked to and brushed off like this! It was like I am asking her to do me a favor, and not me giving them a thousand! An unfortunate experience im not soon to forget and you guys lost a customer Update: their initial response was saying that thay will reach out on monday for more information, and the message was different. Now their reposnse is just generic, and they never reached out. Guess this one is going under the rug.

It was just as great as the first visit with Dr.Rizvi being extremely knowledgeable and being patient with all of my questions. The exam process was simple and time efficient. Imani helped me out with selecting several glasses to try on. Again, very patient and helpful while looking through to see which pair I liked the most. I appreciated her going above and beyond checking insurance coverage and providing cost breakdowns. Overall a wonderful experience with friendly staff!

Dr. Lingk was extremely thorough in addressing issues I had with my eye and resolved sight change with a change in contacts addressing astigmatism. Miss Williams was also extremely helpful in checking out and helping identify future frame replacements on my next purchase. Bridgette and the team have always been extremely helpful with any issues that arise and jump in when necessary to assist.
