  Incredible Experience – Highly Recommend! My experience at Oakbrook orthodontist was outstanding from start to finish. Every single team member I encountered was professional, friendly, and very informative. The doctor explained my son’s treatment plan clearly in a way that both my son and I could easily understand. I truly appreciated how they involved my son in every step of the process, since he’s the one receiving treatment. They made him feel comfortable, informed, and included in his own care. The young lady who assisted during the appointment was truly exceptional. She was very gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her calm and caring approach helped my son feel relaxed and comfortable. You could tell she is highly skilled and genuinely cares about her patients. I really appreciated how she explained each step to my son and made sure he felt confident and at ease the entire time. The office is extremely clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Everything about our visit made us feel confident that we made the right choice. I would highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone. They are truly exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!

  Love this office, and Dr. Neal and staff have been great with both my kids who needed phase 1 ortho. Everyone has been friendly and have never waited long. Would highly recommend them!

  Great experience getting invaslign for the first time with this office! Everyone is friendly, caring and understanding of your ortho health concerns you have. They take the time to walk you through everything and explain the different treatment options in detail! Highly recommend this Dr. Neal and his team for all your ortho needs!

  My overbite was so severe that my top front teeth almost touched my bottom gums. And in my senior citizen years, my top and bottom front teeth were breaking off or chipping from decades of the teeth hitting. My teeth were a mess! I needed braces but also root canals and temporary/permanent posts and porcelain crowns. My dentist referred me to Oakbrook Orthodontics for braces. Here’s some great things about them from my experience. Dr. Neal and his entire staff are knowledgeable, have a patient first attitude and work as one big team. They support each other and take great care of you at every visit. Dr. Neal is truly gifted in what he can achieve. I had a very difficult case. When my braces came off after 2 years, it was the first time in my life that my teeth felt comfortable. The results were amazing! Dr. Neal is exceptional in the aesthetic appearance of teeth. During my restoration work, I went back to him to help me decide what final adjustments to do on my temporary and permanent crowns. He was actually more thorough in evaluating the aesthetics than my dentist. Dr. Neal’s technical expertise, attention to detail and concern for patient satisfaction make him unique. I saw 5 different dental professionals over the long course of my treatment and restoration. Dr. Neal was the one I trusted most and the one I went to for help when I had questions. Long after my braces came off, he still considered me a patient and helped me achieve the best outcome with my crowns. He is an exceptional orthodontist who genuinely cares about his patients and adapts to their individual needs. Thanks Dr. Neal and Staff for everything you’ve done for me! I truly appreciate you all.
