  I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now. Sarah and the team there have been very helpful with my orders, whether it is contacts or glasses. The staff here are very welcoming.

  I went to this location for a new progressive reader prescription for some meta glasses I bought online. First of all it was below zero and I was the only one there. No greeting. They took me back and the dr . Asks a few questions. I proceeded to tell her I had lasik to see far. She was fascinated that I still had almost 20/20 vision, but she never checked for my reading prescription. She just kept talking about my lasik, anyways I get in my car and realized she gave me a prescription with no. Test. I look at the prescription is less than my previous ones. I go back in and ask her. How did you come up with this prescription. She looked at me and said . I went by your age . I was taken a back. I said again excuse me how did you come up with this prescription. She said the same. I called corporate immediately. I got a call from a Jessica . She left a message with no call back number . The number she used you can’t call back in. I waited a couple days and I call the store . Explained what happened and unfortunately I didn’t write her name down, but her tone changed said Jessica doesn’t work in that location and she hard to get a hold of . telling me I cannot get a refund just another exam. I call corporate again. They proceed to apologize saying they will follow up. Twice I’ve called and nothing!!! I’m so disappointed the customer service out there these days:( she’s probably out there giving bad prescriptions. They should’ve worried more about a doctor giving out prescriptions with no valid test to prove it . This is just crazy!!! So disappointing .

  I came to For Eyes to get new glasses because I had lost mine a year prior. The doctor didn't keep it doing the exam until my vision was clear. So my prescription was still blurry. My first set of glasses broke on day two. My second set of glasses started falling apart within a month and now they're going to give out and break any day. I got the $100 frames bc they were more expensive so that they would last but the quality is crap. Would not recommend.

  Sarah is the best she is always helpful and she will lead you to the right frame choice style. Me and my wife have been coming here for years and she always takes care of us the right way!
