  Home Instead was the first to respond to the all the numerous calls I made to help my parents and I’m so glad they did. The New Port Richey office had someone at my parents’ home the SAME DAY ( for an evaluation & care plan consult), the day I called them for care support. My family was new to home care and learning the difference between home health and home care. Home Instead was so accessible to us in times we needed a short notice driver to an appointment, groceries store shopping and cooking when mobility was low, and an over all friendly and flexible nature. We love the Port Richey office and have made genuine friendships in addition to having home help that enables stable medical recoveries for my parents, post procedures. Thank you Home Instead!

  Home instead has been amazing. All the caregivers have been wonderful. Liliana has become like a second mother to me and the office staff has been top notch. Sandra is always coming out to make sure everything is running smoothly!!!

  Home Instead gave me my first experience with a company trying to pass off an AI as a human over the phone. It was a follow up when I reached out to inquire about services on behalf of loved ones. Home Instead, it felt deceptive to use an AI, not immediately introduce it as such, then choose words and phrases to try to sound like a human making small talk. It made me wonder what else your company would try to be deceptive about. Only when I asked who I was speaking to did it identify itself as an AI. I realized I also received a text from the same AI earlier, also not identified as an AI but passed off as a human. I am trying to make one of the most human-centered decisions I will ever make. This was not the time to have a robot call me and pretend to be human. Your human employee who called back after I hung up on the AI was much preferred and is the only reason I may even consider your company in the future.

  Josephine, my heart does a happy dance with the thought of her and did when she is coming to my door, I deeply appreciated all the wonderful things she did for me. Your gentle care and kindness are really appreciated, I love the remarks she gave me about my younger photos.

  Home Instead provided 24 hour companionship for my mother for more than a year. Millie Synder was very helpful in addressing any concerns and ensured my mother had continuity of care as much as possible. My mother had dementia and lived in a memory care unit. Without the CarePros from Home Instead my mother would not have been as safe. We appreciate all the care they provided my mother.
