    They switched Dentists and the one they submitted the claim under wasn’t in network until months after my date of service. Why perform a cleaning on me when the Dentist wasn’t in-network, but told me it would be covered? Now I’ll be out of pocket $400+ for services performed. Cleanings are typically free, so much for that! My mistake was not checking myself when they told me there was a new Dentist. My gripe is Praire was not helpful. Would not return. Would not recommend.

    I have been going to this office for many years. All of the staff are wonderful! Each person takes their time and makes sure you are comfortable. There is no rushing or not caring about pain. Dr. Macwan is passionate and thorough. She does not rush through her work. She ensures that all patients are heard and answers all questions. My kids, husband and I have never been so comfortable going to the dentist. I highly recommend this dentist office, especially if you’ve experienced dental anxiety before. They will put your mind at ease and be patient.

    I had been a patient of Dr. Chris Thomas for 25 years and had perhaps some reservation as to his selling his outstanding practice to someone who just did not fit what I was looking for... Well I just left Prairie, the 3rd visit since Dr. Thomas has left for Baby Care, Golf, & Sking, and bottom line I find it most satisfying. Michelle, who is fantastic and always was; Daniel, who was new to me was first class; and Dr. Golshani once again showed her intense reviw of my dental needs but also with a genuine caring from a personal touch. I could not be happier with this transistion.

    Dr. Thomas and his staff are absolutely wonderful people! 20 plus years and counting of extraordinary service! Everyone in the office has their hearts in the right place! If you don’t love Dr. Thomas you’re the problem!
