They waited on the phone for 2 hours to get ahold of my old pharmacy to complete the transfer. (This was after I had given my old pharmacy Jewel Pharmacy's phone number, and they promised me they would call 🤦🏼‍♀️). I am already so grateful for the support and communication I have received.
