  My experience with Home Instead has been nothing but quality, kindness, compassion and respect for the clients they take care of. Home Instead takes the time to ensure that their clients and families needs are met. The office is always willing to listen and address any concerns or questions with out hesitations. I would recommend Home Instead over and over again !

  HomeInstead was a steadiness to a very difficult time. In the short time we used their services we experienced some compassionate and knowledgeable staff and caregivers. Victoria, Leslie, and Gabrielle were not only there for my mom but also a great support for me. Alex and Olya were so patient through the process with my mom's decision to access care and Amanda worked her magic to schedule my mom on short notice and worked her magic to shuffle and put together the puzzle pieces to find compatible caregivers for my mother.

  I had sold my Assisted Living Facility in Orlando and my wife and I retired. We built a mother in law suite onto my son’s house to be by him and our grandson. I had used Home Instead at my facility and loved the people that came to my facility. When I decided to get a part time job last spring I called Home Instead and applied. They welcomed me with open arms. The management at Crystal Lake treats me like family and are always there when you have a problem or question. That’s the main thing I like in the company. From my experience with nursing homes and hospitals you just don’t get the feeling of home like you do here

  Home Instead is a wonderful company to work with -- they are kind, responsive, patient , professional and gave my mother excellent home care. I recommend them highly.

  Absolutely the worst home care organization I have ever been involved with. Way over expensive for what they do and the MOST UNRELIABLE company there is. I pay 1,000’s & 1,000’s of dollars a week for supposedly 24 hours of care a day. Take today just for an example: We find out at 8:00pm they don’t have anybody to work the 8-8 shift so my wife packs clothes to go spend the night and take care of her mother and we pray somebody at least shows up at 8 in the morning but you never know with this unreliable company. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for a In-Home health care for a family member and go find a REAL IN-HOME CARE company because it’s not this one !!! I’m actually at home with Diabetes & Bells Palsey And my wife had to pack up and leave me tonight to deive to her moms to cover their 8pm-8am shift because they didn’t have a 8-8 person available. What a horrible unreliable company. 29,000.00 a month and still have no peace of mind they can actually do their job !!! Someone please reply if you have a good Home Care company in the Springfield area. Thanks, Greg
