I have terrible astigmatism & need replacement contact lenses. My appointment was last Friday, I paid for the exam that day, & still DO NOT HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION! It has been almost a week & I have received no follow up, no concern, no valid explanation. I called today & got no help from the manager Heidi over the phone. This is not normal. I have been wearing gas permeable lenses for 33 years & this has never happened anywhere I went. I am physically sick from not having my correct lenses & even after telling them this there is no sense of urgency, no concern, no valid explanation for this. I paid for my exam almost a week ago! Why am I being told my prescription is not ready?! I am livid. I will not be going to this location any more & I no longer trust them with my vision care after this experience. What a shame because my family & myself have been going here for many years. The care here has really gone down hill. I would appreciate a response from your corporate office, at this point. UPDATE On day 7 I had to go to the location & get a refund for my eye exam because my prescription was still not complete! They had excuse after excuse & had no reaction/apology when I was upset about the entire experience. I went to another company & my contacts were ordered promptly. Imagine that. DO NOT GO TO FOR EYES OAK PARK
