  The worst pharmacy in the city of Chicago. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for any urgent medication. They are slow and do not communicate with any patients and forget about follow up calls. Not worth the stress they cause patients during a period we are experiencing vulnerability. Their services are seriously lacking accountability and empathy. Poor service. Don’t send your prescription here not worth the stress.

  This pharmacy is a joke. I don’t recall a pharmacist asking a customer “what they needed the script for” being professional. I believe her name was Regina who gave me this awful experience, and she is the reason why I will not be going to this pharmacy anymore. I know just one person not going won’t make a difference but I highly recommend going elsewhere. If they haven’t yet, they will give you a hard time. Regina is almost always there and if you don’t know who i’m talking about.. she’s the one who looks like she hates her job and doesn’t care about you or anything you need when it comes to your medical needs. It’s because of her my eye infection got worse within a month.

  They are always out of medication and always the reason for delays in treatment and dispensement. I don't recommend if you need anything new or urgent. Go with walgreens for that.

  Avoid delivery. They use Door dash. Long wait, fees just went up.
