- LKLee KellyJun 5, 20251.0Horrible customer service! ( This is just part of the fiasco that occurred!) I have been going there for over twenty years. Then this Tuesday my prescription was filled. I opened my prescription when I got home and saw they cut my medicine (pills) in halves. And the quantity was short I called and the pharmacist who answered and asked me to return them. We did go back and the pharmacist said we don’t cut pills we don’t have a cutter. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy Ella the manager finally came and I said I wanted my prescription corrected.i They WOULD NOT! I asked fBritney for her managers name I was told Chris. I asked who filled my prescription i was told Britney but Britney would not come to the desk I asked for corporate number and they gave me a bodacious number! As I was walking away they yelled BYE! (These are the adults who are pharmacists) I was livid! So unprofessional and immature! Please note the medicine is for acid reflux! It wasn’t like an opioid addicting medicine. I called corporate and still waiting for a response. Please check your prescriptions before you walk away from the counter! These women there are calling me a liar! And they messed up and instead of owning up to it and correcting it they are playing games! Unacceptable! I hope some form of discipline is applied. Update! They did not have my prescription so I called the jewel pharmacy and they worked with my insurance company to get the prescription for me. Someone answered the phone when I called and I didn’t have to call and get ai instead of a person.
