  This pharmacy is a joke. I don’t recall a pharmacist asking a customer “what they needed the script for” being professional. I believe her name was Regina who gave me this awful experience, and she is the reason why I will not be going to this pharmacy anymore. I know just one person not going won’t make a difference but I highly recommend going elsewhere. If they haven’t yet, they will give you a hard time. Regina is almost always there and if you don’t know who i’m talking about.. she’s the one who looks like she hates her job and doesn’t care about you or anything you need when it comes to your medical needs. It’s because of her my eye infection got worse within a month.

  At the deli, on 8/18/22 at 5:55, sister Ggolden hair, the only employee working the counter, went on lunch without saying a word to the 6 customers. We were left standing there wondering what happened. Finally another rude employee stepped up.Whe leaving the store 15 minutes later, I saw sister golden hair walking from Portillos with her lunch. 😕

  I have many stories about this pharmacy and their customer service. 1 particular evening I had an impacted tooth extracted at around 8pm and I had the dentists office send in the prescription for antibiotics and pain. I called ahead because they closed at 10pm I believe and I asked the tech that answered the phone if they could please fill it for me due to the circumstances. The tech chuckled and told me that their is no dental office open this late in the evening. I asked if she was calling me a liar and without saying yes she says I have never heard of a dentist office being open this late in the evening. However the office gave me a written prescription just in case I was not able to get there in time. When I called it was 9:15pm. I had to go a 24hr Walgreens in order to get it filled. I have 3 other prescriptions there and I don’t feel the blonde pharmacist does a great job at handling concerns. She gives you a yeah yeah yeah I’ll look into answer and goes back to filling prescriptions. They just called me and told me that I had to pick up eye drops and couldn’t get my name correct, I told them they had the wrong person and prescription. the pharmacist calls me back and says you have until tomorrow and they are not eye drops the technician made a mistake. This place is extremely unprofessional. Have your medications filled at a place that actually cares about you and your livelihood along with good interpersonal skills
